Johanna Kaeppner has been involved in visual communications for a very long time. She studied graphic design at the Hochschule der Kuenste in Berlin in 1975.
She worked as a graphic designer in the days before
desktop publishing when publications were pasted-up by hand. She
moved up to desktop publishing and hasn't stopped upgrading
her technology skills since. She has taken courses in
multimedia, 3-D animation and web design. She has worked both
full time and as a contractor/freelancer in graphic design,
desktop publishing and web development.
